Travel Hunter collects Customer information in several ways:

Registration and Sales:

When visitors leave comments and reviews on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor's IP address and browser data, to help detect spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to Gravatar to verify that you use the service. Gravatar's privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is publicly viewable alongside your comment.

How long do we keep your data:

For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (it's just not possible to change your username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.

What are your rights over your data:

If you have an account on this site or are a Travel Hunter customer, the General Data Protection Act (LGPD) gives the Customer the right to request that we remove any personal data we hold about you. This does not include data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.

Where we send your data:

Guest comments may be flagged by an automatic spam detection service.

Reservation requests can be sent to an ERP service to control customers and registrations.

How we protect your data:

Travel Hunter uses the best security protocols to preserve the privacy of Customer data, but also recommends individual protection measures.

To maintain the security and protection of your personal data provided in the registration or reservations, under no circumstances should your login and password be shared with third parties.

We request personal data through our official channels served by our team. Under no circumstances should they be provided to third parties, as this could be an attempt at misuse.

What are our data breach procedures:

In the event that we suffer any type of security breach that compromises your data, both you and the authorities responsible for this type of fraud will be informed as far in advance as possible through the contact details provided in your registration.

From which third parties do we receive data:

We receive statistical data from Google Analytics and commercial partners. Statistical data includes impersonal browsing information such as the origin of the visit, time spent on the site, number of pages viewed and frequency of visits to the site.

Advertiser data includes non-personal information such as age group, geographic region and device used for browsing. In all cases, there is no collection of personal data at any level nor the possibility of identifying the visitor through this data. All information is collected anonymously.

What automated decision-making or profiling we do with user data:

We share your personal data with entities for the detection and prevention of registration fraud.

Mandatory disclosure requirements for your professional category:

Travel Hunter does not need to have such information as it is not part of any respective category.

Legislation and jurisdiction:

This policy will be governed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, especially Law No. 13.709/2018, regardless of the Laws of other states or countries, the Customer's domicile being competent to resolve any doubts arising from this document.
